Label Saasha BLOCK PRINTING
Artistically Carved and crafted from mango wood in any design of your choice – each layer of colour is placed on top of each other (natural colors). Borders are printed and designed in rows, splash of colors everywhere which showcase our own Indian traditional expertise and we proudly flaunt to the whole world. Label Saasha owns a block printing unit where we make custom print fabrics for worldwide buyers. From Dresses to Top to Skirt to jackets to pareos to husband shirts to kimonos to pants to men shirt to kids dresses to baby rompers to table linens and much more!
Label Saasha SCREEN PRINTING
We can create your screen print designs , all custom prints possible, first we created digitally , develop CAD file to show you first look of design and then process on a reusable screen, before being washed and prepped ready to add the dyes, where the pattern will seep through the screen on the relieved areas.
The dyes are poured on the screen using a squeegee and then pulled back and forth over the fabric – after each layer has dried a different layer of colour is added.

India’s leading quilted jacket manufacturer in block print fabric to any print fabric, Dupion silk quilt jacket to cotton quilted jackets to many more. Fabric is placed and stitched with borders. Wadding(cotton and fibre) is sandwiched in-between the fabric and overstitched to create the quilted finish. Quilting styles are many from lines to diamond look to artistic flowers to custom ones…
